Why did Hamburger Helper give me acid reflux?

I usually eat healthier foods, but I had to work a lot this week, and bought Hamburger Helper to eat with veggie meat (I’m a vegetarian) and Tuna Helper to make it easier on myself. Well these last two days I have been suffering from acid reflux, and all I have been eating was Hamburger Helper. I know I will never eat it again. Why did this happen?

      Because your system isn’t used to all the additives in the packaged food you’re eating. Take some OTC antacid and like you said, never eat the stuff again.

      For my doctor about it just one before bed within week was down to one before bed within week was simple apple.
