      The acid nowhere to your stomach tighten around your stomach giving you more pain so acid nowhere to your muscle skin and fat closer to go up giving the acid nowhere.

      the tight clothing forces the acids upwards.like when u sqeeze a ketchup bottle in the middle.

      because it may hurt your stomach and will effect to the organ.just wear loose shirt and wear only urban fashion.
