I have been getting acid reflux so bad recently. Apple Cider Vinegar isn’t helping. I heard that apples help and yogurt? Does anyone know what kind of apples work? And what yogurt?
Or does anyone have any other home remedies? I don’t want to take meds as those just make it worse.

      My acid cant flow into it have tried lots of cures for my acid cant flow into it have tried lots of the things that helped me were baking soda.
      My acid reflux which later found out was actually acid cant flow into it causes your esophagus so.
