      go to walgreens they have a great off brand of zantac 150 that’s what I take and it works great and you can take it before the pain starts or after!

      The acid works most of water not sipping but drink it down dilutes the time for me.

      take some cold milk,
      u can try cabbage juice which helps in curing acid reflux,ulcer etc.
      u can go antacids–mag hydroxide n al hydroxide
      h2 antagonists –rantac 150mg bd ,4weeks
      proton pump inhibitors–panaprozole 20 mg od bbf for 2 weeks

      For INSTANT relief, I’ve only found 1 product that works. It’s Pepcid Complete, best darn medicine they’ve come out with in a while!!!
