I think i have acid reflux bc after i eat greasy and fatty foods it feels like my throat is burning and i always wake up inthe middle of the night with a burning chest and stomach. is this really acid reflux? what food is okay to eat?

I mean I have something similar, wll not really, but I take Prilosec OTC and it works greta, I just stay away from those foods u mention and try eating healthier
