I have been up all night and this morning with acid reflux and I just don’t know what to do about it. I know that when I have heartburn a glass of milk helps most times, but the milk isn’t even touching it. Any ideas of what I can eat or drink to relieve this reflux. Some people told me that it can’t be acid reflux because it goes away to easily. I get this bubbling/burning sensation it feels like in my stomach. Not really burning but discomfort.
