acid reflux?

I think I might have acid reflux. today while I was eating, it hurt every time I would swallow my food. it didn’t hurt my throat, but like the area between my breast bone and belly button. also, sometimes I wake up in the night with acid, like heartburn. last week I had chest pain, went into ER and as it turned out, it was not a heart attack. now I’m thinking that pain was related to acid reflux. I had the stomach flu (gastroenteritis) a week ago and now I have terrible acid reflux! I’ve never had it before and it won’t go away. I’m taking antibiotics for something else right now and I’m not supposed to have antacid medicine. Any home remedies??
