Acid Reflux

I have acid reflux, and I am currently taking Prilosec OTC.
It doesn’t seem to help, as I am getting alot of liquid in my mouth (even after I take the medicine).

So, what is the BEST medicine or way to help my acid reflux?

I get heart burn every once in a while, and im assuming its from eating spicy foods i take a tums to take care of that but i have what i think is acid reflux like on a daily basis… i feel my stomach acid come up and it burns the heck out f my throat. and, have you ever been pregnant and had acid reflux? will getting pregnant (if i am) make my acid reflux worse
