I have acid reflux and have other food allergies what should I buy that is healthy?

I have acid reflux disease and also am lactose intollerant and I have a very senitive stomach I get diarreaha if I eat the wrong foods. I dont have insurance to find out what else i’m allergic to so need to watch what I eat. I need advise of what else to eat to get a balanced diet with out breaking my bank account.

    you shoud prob. go vegetarian. Things like tofu will not upset your stomach. Vegetables are much easier to digest than things like meat and junk food. You can still eat things like cake, and candy but try to eat smaller portions. You should also start buying organic lactose-free 1% milk.

    How can you expect to get advice from others as to what foods are safe for you to eat, when you, yourself have stated that you can’t afford to be tested for food allergies and therefore do not know what foods you are allergic to? I could recommend peas and carrots and you could be allergic to either, both, or neither. You could eat them and get sick or even die. How can you, in good conscience, ask others to recommend foods that might put your life at risk?

    Try eating lentil and bean soups, with brown (wheat or rye) bread, green vegetables and white fish.

    i have the same problem … you should also avoid sodas and tomato based foods.
