How to get rid of acid reflux?

I’m 16 years old, i have really really bad acid reflux and need to know how to get rid of it.
I sort of throw up alot, NOT cause of a disorder, I just have a weak stomach. I havent slept in over a week, and I mean literally a week. No naps or anything.

Its hurting really bad. Do you have any suggestions?

      You should go to the doctor, they will give you some tablets. In the mean time take gaviston after meals to calm your stomach down.
