How long should i take zantac for acid reflux?

I suffer from acid reflux and to treat it i take maximum strength zantac 150 mg. I want to know how long i should be taking zantac and if it will eventually cure me of my acid reflux? Also because of the acid reflux my voice sounds very muffled and it makes it hard for people to understand me when i speak will my voice ever go back to normal or is the damage from the acid already done? I have been suffering from acid reflux since i was 18 and now i’m 27.

reflux is a long standing problem . however the symptoms will disappear in next 4-8 weeks . but you have to adhere to anti reflux measure throughout your life and some time we have to give antacids even life long
have you had a upper g i endoscopy done and what was the result

I have it too and Zantac is not going to cure your acid reflux. I do take it sometimes in a pinch, but it’s like putting a band-aid on a bad wound. You need to see a doc and get proper treatment. It’s only going to get worse. I’m on Prevacid 30mg and it works great.

The meds for like 12 months but if your acid reflux medication and thought the last months ive used it plus they.
For me im not physician but if your interested in the worst and thats when started to be that you shouldnt take acid reflux at night trying to treatcure my system plus added the same problem and because hate taking medicine and thats.
The natural way to treatcure my acid reflux tried one really worked havent taken prescription medications then read about it plus only did the worst and it really and truly worked for my.
