I am curious to know if running can be associated with increased heartburn/acid reflux. Lately, I been experiencing it a lot more since I have been running more frequently.

Thanks.

Manuel

The foods you are eating during the day.
The cause of your acid reflux running only exacerbates it has much more to do with the day.
