Acid Reflux?

What are the common signs of acid reflux? - My 3 month old sleeps great in his swing during the day and eats every 3-4 hours - at night he is up every hour/hour and a half wanting to nurse - I am wondering if its because he sits up a bit in the swing?…Thoughts?
He doesn’t really throw up at all - sometimes, but not often…
