acid reflux?

I think I might have acid reflux. today while I was eating, it hurt every time I would swallow my food. it didn’t hurt my throat, but like the area between my breast bone and belly button. also, sometimes I wake up in the night with acid, like heartburn. last week I had chest pain, went into ER and as it turned out, it was not a heart attack. now I’m thinking that pain was related to acid reflux. I appreciate any knowledge from anyone out there with info. on acid reflux. thanks!
